Touch Steel Welded Construction includes truss rods and structural bracing to provide strength and rigidity plus insure accurate centers. Positive locking cams are sleeved with bronze bushings.

CAPACITY: 20ga models will bend 20ga mild steel their full length, 2/3 their length in 18ga, 1/3 their length in 16 ga, and three inches of 11ga (1/8 inch).

16ga models will bend 16ga mild steel their full length, 1/2 their length in 14 ga, and 5 inches of 11 ga (1/8 inch).
20ga = .0375 18ga = .050 16ga = .0625 14ga = .078 11ga = .125

Recommended minimum set back clearance between the apron and the edge of the clamp is 1-1/2 times the thickness of material being formed when working up to a 18ga, and at least 2 times the thickness of material being formed when working 16ga or heavier. A protective "book" should be used to preserve the clamp edge when forming heavier than 16ga.

COUNTER WEIGHTS: 16ga Free Standing models include two counter weights; 16ga Bench Mount models include one. Counter weights are optional for 20ga models.

LEG KITS: Leg kits are available for Bench Mount models.
