Order Confirmation and Shipment:

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product immediately via UPS or freight, depending on the size of the product. All products in stock ship out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Purchases over $5,000 may take 7-14 days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at nick@eaglemorlin.com.


You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be assessed upon assessing the condition and contents of the order upon return.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs on orders that are being returned. We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns must be pre-approved.
